The Annual Heartland Connect Tournament is Saturday, August 14th, 2021!

The tournament will be a Shot-Gun start at 8:00AM sharp at Pine Creek Golf Course

It will be a scramble format with fun rules on each hole

Prizes for 1st, 2nd, 3rd place teams and 4 long drive and 4 closest to the pin winners

ALL proceeds will be donated to Tri-Lakes Cares

For each paid player or sponsor, breakfast will be a burrito and a full lunch will be served at the end of the round with an awards & recognition ceremony
